Welcome to The Pet Crate Co. By purchasing a subscription or product from our website (thepetcrateco.shop), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscriptions & Billing
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- All subscriptions renew on the 1st of every month.
- If you join after the 20th of the month, your first crate will arrive in the following month’s shipment.
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer nationwide flat-rate shipping across South Africa.
- Orders are shipped once per month, shortly after the subscription renewal date.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and our courier partners.
- You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
3. Returns & Refund Policy
At The Pet Crate Co., your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our refund policy carefully:
- Due to the nature of our products (pet food, treats, and consumables), we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
- If your crate arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing thepetcrateco2025@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to send a replacement or issue a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once billed, except in cases where we made an error (e.g., duplicate billing, incorrect charge).
- If you cancel your subscription after renewal, you will still receive that month’s crate, but no refund will be issued.
- Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellations & Account Management
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- To avoid being billed for the next month, you must cancel before the 1st of the month.
- If you cancel after renewal, your subscription will remain active for that billing cycle and you will still receive that month’s crate.
5. Product Availability & Substitutions
- Each crate contains a mix of food, treats, and pet goodies suited to your selected crate size.
- From time to time, certain products may become unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value without prior notice.
6. Allergies & Pet Safety
- Our crates may contain food or treats with common allergens (e.g., wheat, chicken, beef, dairy).
- It is your responsibility to check ingredients and ensure suitability for your pet.
- The Pet Crate Co. is not liable for any adverse reactions your pet may have to the products included.
7. Promotions & Discounts
- Any promotional offers (e.g., first-month discounts, free gifts) are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time of purchase.
- Promotions may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we do our best to provide safe, high-quality products, The Pet Crate Co. is not responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery caused by couriers.
- Misuse of products.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
